“Fuck U All The Time” ft. Natasha Mosley prod. by FKI

LAST WEEK SAW the release of a new mixtape from Jeremih, and while it includes features from the likes of 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane, Fabolous and production work from Mike Will Made It, there’s one track that’s rising to the top and getting all the love.

Fuck U All The Time” featuring Natasha Mosley and produced by FKI is the easy favorite from Late Nights With Jeremih, which is available for free download via DatPiff.

Screwed vocals juxtaposed by angelic harmonies, sexy Rhodes chords with a syrupy groove, it’s easy to see how Jeremih got the name for his mixtape, as “Fuck U All The Time” whispers late nights.
Other favorites include “Rated R (The Masterpiece)” and “773 Love“, both below, but do yourself the favor, and just grab the whole thing.

What To Do

“What To Do”

IT’S FRIDAY NIGHT, what are you gonna do? Parisian producer French Fries has an answer for you: “Imma go 2 a social, bitch”.

Serving a heaping helping of booming ghetto house & salty bass in the form of “What To Do”, which recently saw a limited white label release along with “One Ting Dub” on ClekClekBoom, Mr. French Fries returns with another track that’ll get your night going.

You may’ve come across French Fries tracks before, the funk carioca leaning “Senta” getting rinsed in DJ circles, along with the ghetto house “Yo Vogue” and great video that accompanied the track, check it below.

What can you say about “What To Do” other than the fact that it just gets you going. Screwed vocal samples, riling bass and sharp rhythms, it’s percolating tension ready to burst on the dancefloor. Might even have to krump to this.

Why Do U Feel

Why Do U Feel

JUST IN TIME for the dog days of August, Kenny Dixon Jr. comes in full force with an end of summer sprawl jam ready to soothe listeners in the twilight of the season.

Dropping on his KDJ imprint, Moodymann presents the powerful ‘Why Do U Feel‘ EP, the title track which easily jumps to the top of year end lists.

Why Do U Feel” opens with a broken beat, undulating between Rhodes chords, sporadic drum patterns and imploring vocals. Nearly 2 minutes in we get a straight 4/4 beat, picking up the energy and accentuating a feeling of intimacy and romance that persists throughout the track, a staple of Moodymann’s sound.

At the end of the day, what makes this track so powerful is the timeless Rhodes. No matter how many times you hear it, that Rhodes sound is so pure and comforting, and once it’s woven through the fabric of Moodymann’s vocal sample, you’re left with a tapestry of sound that’ll keep you and your lover comfortable all night long.

Good luck trying to find this on wax, feel free to join jazner in the search.
